Recipes to Use Up Chometz

Got Chometz? Need to empty your pantry? Here are some quick recipes and uses for chometz..

Cereal: Top a kugel or make a schnitzel coating with it. Try these Chunky, Crunchy Everything cookies (they call for granola but any cereal will work), and don’t worry, these get eaten in about a minute, so no leftovers will be in site.

Breadcrumbs: Traditional Meatballs, Roasted Broccoli with Seasoned Breadcrumbs, Easy Lemon Baked Sole with Crunchy Topping, No Boil Mac N’Cheese

Crackers: Serve with dips, carrot dip, edamame dip, or curried salmon mousse

Beans: Try Mexican Bean Salad, Zesty Bean Salad, Tuna and White Bean Salad or a Black Bean Corn Salsa Salad

Challah: Pineapple Challah Kugel, Grilled Bread Salad with Peppers and Onions, Scrumptious Garlic Bread, Tomato Panzanella Salad, or Grilled Cheese sandwiches in a Panini press

Pasta: Pasta with Bolognese, Citrusy Pasta Salad, Pasta with Tomato and Eggplant Sauce, or Jamie Oliver’s Best Pasta Salad
